LIFEFUL - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Lifeful Wellness Studio (“Lifeful”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Lifeful’s services, website, communication channels, booking systems, facilities, wellness programs, and associated platforms.
By accessing, browsing, booking, using, or participating in any Lifeful service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Lifeful’s services.
1. ENTITY INFORMATION
Lifeful is currently operated as a sole proprietorship owned by:

Lifeful operates wellness, counseling facilitation, educational, and wellbeing-oriented services and may collaborate with independent psychologists, consultants, medical professionals, wellness experts, and allied professionals.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
Lifeful is a wellness and counseling facilitation platform and studio that enables individuals to access:
- counseling sessions,
- psychological support,
- wellness-oriented services,
- emotional wellbeing support,
- productivity and lifestyle wellbeing guidance,
- workshops,
- awareness programs,
- teleconsultation services,
- corporate wellness initiatives,
- and related wellbeing services.
Services may be provided:
- physically at Lifeful premises,
- through online platforms,
- through third-party video consultation tools,
- or through associated consultants and professionals.
3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
Lifeful is NOT:
- a hospital,
- an emergency medical facility,
- a psychiatric inpatient institution,
- a suicide prevention hotline,
- a crisis intervention center,
- or a substitute for emergency medical care.
Lifeful does not provide:
- emergency psychiatric management,
- inpatient psychiatric treatment,
- 24/7 emergency support,
- ambulance services,
- emergency crisis response,
- or immediate intervention services.
If you are:
- experiencing a medical emergency,
- at risk of self-harm,
- experiencing suicidal thoughts,
- experiencing severe psychiatric distress,
- or require immediate medical assistance,
you must immediately contact:
- emergency services,
- a nearby hospital,
- a licensed psychiatrist,
- or appropriate emergency authorities.
Do not rely on Lifeful or its communication channels for emergency support.
4. ELIGIBILITY
By using Lifeful services, you represent that:
- you are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under applicable law,
- all information provided by you is accurate,
- you are using services voluntarily,
- and you understand the scope and limitations of wellness and counseling services.
At present, Lifeful primarily serves adults. Services involving minors may require additional parental/guardian consent and special documentation.
5. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
Appointments may be booked through:
- Lifeful website,
- QR codes,
- WhatsApp,
- phone communication,
- booking links,
- third-party scheduling platforms,
- or in-person coordination.
Lifeful currently utilizes third-party scheduling systems including NeetoCal and may use additional service providers in the future.
Appointment availability depends on:
- consultant schedules,
- operational hours,
- and platform availability.
Lifeful reserves the right to:
- reschedule appointments,
- refuse appointments,
- modify schedules,
- or decline services where deemed necessary.
6. ROLE OF CONSULTANTS & PROFESSIONALS
Lifeful may work with:
- employed professionals,
- visiting consultants,
- independent psychologists,
- online consultants,
- medical professionals,
- psychiatrists,
- wellness experts,
- and allied specialists.
Certain professionals associated with Lifeful may function as independent consultants and remain individually responsible for:
- their professional advice,
- therapeutic approaches,
- clinical judgment,
- diagnoses,
- prescriptions,
- recommendations,
- treatment decisions,
- and compliance with applicable professional standards.
Lifeful acts as a facilitation and wellness coordination platform and does not independently guarantee the outcomes, effectiveness, or suitability of any consultant’s services.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
Wellness, counseling, psychological support, and therapeutic processes vary significantly between individuals.
Lifeful does not guarantee:
- recovery,
- symptom resolution,
- emotional outcomes,
- therapeutic success,
- productivity improvement,
- relationship outcomes,
- or any specific result.
Services are supportive and wellbeing-oriented in nature and outcomes depend on multiple individual factors.
8. PAYMENTS
Payments may currently be processed through:
- UPI,
- bank transfer,
- QR code payments,
- or future integrated payment gateways.
Lifeful reserves the right to:
- verify payments manually,
- request proof of payment,
- cancel unpaid bookings,
- suspend appointments pending verification,
- or deny services in case of payment disputes.
Future payment integrations may include third-party providers such as Razorpay, Stripe, or similar platforms.
Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.
9. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations may be governed by separate cancellation/refund policies issued by Lifeful from time to time.
Lifeful reserves the right to:
- deny refunds for missed appointments,
- apply cancellation windows,
- impose rescheduling restrictions,
- or retain administrative charges where applicable.
Emergency exceptions may be considered at Lifeful’s discretion.
10. TELECONSULTATION & ONLINE SERVICES
Online sessions may be conducted through:
- Google Meet,
- Zoom,
- or other third-party communication tools.
By participating in online consultations, you acknowledge that:
- internet disruptions may occur,
- complete cybersecurity cannot be guaranteed,
- technology failures may interrupt sessions,
- third-party platforms may have independent privacy policies,
- and online interactions carry inherent digital communication risks.
Users are responsible for ensuring:
- a private environment,
- secure internet access,
- and appropriate device security during online sessions.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
Lifeful values confidentiality and privacy.
However, users acknowledge that:
- certain data may be processed through third-party systems,
- booking details may be stored through scheduling systems,
- consultants may independently maintain professional records,
- and communication platforms may involve third-party infrastructure.
Therapy notes, counseling records, psychological assessments, and session documentation may be independently maintained by the relevant consultant or professional.
Lifeful administrative staff and founders do not routinely access confidential therapeutic session content unless legally required or operationally necessary under exceptional circumstances.

12. LIMITATIONS OF CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidentiality may be limited in situations involving:
- legal obligations,
- court orders,
- threats of serious harm,
- suspected abuse,
- mandatory reporting obligations,
- immediate safety risks,
- or situations permitted or required under applicable law.
Professionals may disclose information where necessary to:
- prevent serious harm,
- comply with law,
- or protect safety.
13. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree:
- not to misuse Lifeful services,
- not to harass consultants or staff,
- not to record sessions without explicit consent,
- not to impersonate others,
- not to misuse booking systems,
- not to engage in abusive conduct,
- and not to violate applicable laws.
Users are responsible for:
- providing accurate information,
- attending appointments on time,
- maintaining respectful conduct,
- and seeking emergency care where necessary.
14. COMMUNICATION POLICY
Users may communicate with Lifeful through:
- WhatsApp,
- phone,
- email,
- website forms,
- or official channels.
Lifeful communication channels:
- are not emergency channels,
- may not be monitored continuously,
- may involve response delays,
- and should not be used for crisis situations.
Clients are generally discouraged from directly contacting consultants outside official channels unless explicitly authorized.
Consultants are also expected to maintain professional communication boundaries.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Lifeful branding, including but not limited to:
- name,
- logo,
- visual identity,
- website content,
- designs,
- workshops,
- educational materials,
- podcasts,
- videos,
- social media content,
- methodologies,
- and proprietary materials,
remain the intellectual property of Lifeful and/or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, commercial use, or distribution is prohibited.
Trademark applications relating to the Lifeful brand including name and logo are already submitted. Lifeful ™ may be used where applicable.
16. SOCIAL MEDIA & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Lifeful may publish:
- blogs,
- podcasts,
- awareness content,
- social media posts,
- videos,
- educational resources,
- and wellness-related information.
Such content is intended for:
- informational,
- educational,
- and awareness purposes only.
It does not constitute:
- medical advice,
- psychiatric diagnosis,
- emergency intervention,
- or individualized treatment recommendations.
Users should seek direct professional consultation for personal concerns.
17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Lifeful may rely on third-party platforms including:
- scheduling systems,
- payment providers,
- communication tools,
- analytics providers,
- hosting infrastructure,
- and video consultation platforms.
Lifeful is not responsible for:
- third-party outages,
- platform disruptions,
- data breaches caused by third parties,
- or failures outside Lifeful’s reasonable control.
Users may also be subject to the terms and policies of such third parties.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifeful, its founder, employees, consultants, affiliates, and associated professionals shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses,
- emotional distress outcomes,
- therapy dissatisfaction,
- technological disruptions,
- missed communications,
- loss of opportunity,
- business losses,
- or consequential damages arising from use of services.
Users acknowledge that wellness and counseling services inherently involve subjective experiences and variable outcomes.
19. INDEMNITY
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifeful, its founder, consultants, employees, and affiliates against claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
- misuse of services,
- breach of these Terms,
- unlawful conduct,
- false information,
- or violation of third-party rights.
20. FORCE MAJEURE
Lifeful shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters,
- internet outages,
- pandemics,
- government actions,
- labor disruptions,
- technical failures,
- or emergencies.
21. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Lifeful reserves the right to:
- suspend services,
- refuse appointments,
- terminate access,
- or discontinue relationships
where:
- safety concerns arise,
- policies are violated,
- abuse occurs,
- inappropriate conduct is identified,
- payment disputes persist,
- or operational concerns exist.
22. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
Lifeful may:
- expand,
- modify,
- suspend,
- or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
This includes future additions such as:
- mobile applications,
- AI-assisted tools,
- mood tracking systems,
- community features,
- corporate wellness dashboards,
- or additional digital infrastructure.
23. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts located in:Ernakulam
shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in relation to these Terms unless otherwise required by applicable law.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the complete understanding between users and Lifeful regarding use of services and supersede prior communications relating to such subject matter.

27. ACCEPTANCE
By:
- booking an appointment,
- accessing the website,
- using Lifeful services,
- attending sessions,
- communicating with Lifeful,
- or participating in any Lifeful program,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
