LIFEFUL - CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs appointment cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, missed sessions, and payment-related matters concerning services offered by Lifeful Wellness Studio ("Lifeful", "we", "our", or "us").
By booking or paying for any Lifeful service, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Lifeful Wellness Studio operates on a scheduled appointment-based system involving:
- psychologists,
- consultants,
- wellness professionals,
- studio infrastructure,
- and reserved consultation slots.
When a session is booked, the corresponding time slot is reserved exclusively for the client and may prevent other individuals from accessing that appointment time.
This Policy is intended to ensure fairness to:
- clients,
- consultants,
- and operational scheduling systems.
2. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Appointments are considered confirmed only after:
- successful payment completion,
- operational verification,
- and booking confirmation through Lifeful systems.
Lifeful currently uses NeetoCal for appointment scheduling and booking management.
Clients are responsible for:
- selecting the correct appointment slot,
- entering accurate contact details,
- checking booking confirmations,
- and attending sessions on time.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Cancellation Before 6 Hours
Appointments cancelled more than 6 hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for:
- free rescheduling, OR
- refund processing after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or processing fees, if applicable.
B. Cancellation Within 6 Hours
Appointments cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled session time will be treated as a late cancellation.
Late cancellations are fully chargeable and non-refundable.
4. NO-SHOW POLICY
If a client:
- fails to attend the session,
- does not join the online consultation,
- becomes unreachable during the scheduled session time,
- or misses the appointment without prior notice,
the appointment will be treated as a "No-Show."
No-shows are fully chargeable and non-refundable.
5. RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling requests made more than 6 hours before the scheduled session may be accommodated subject to:
- consultant availability,
- operational feasibility,
- and scheduling availability.
Repeated last-minute rescheduling or misuse of booking systems may result in:
- booking restrictions,
- rescheduling denial,
- or operational limitations.
6. ONLINE SESSION POLICY
For online consultations:
- clients are responsible for joining the session on time,
- maintaining a stable internet connection,
- and attending from a reasonably private environment.
Lifeful is not responsible for:
- internet connectivity issues,
- user device problems,
- audio/video failures on the client side,
- incorrect joining details,
- or disruptions caused by third-party platforms.
Sessions delayed or missed due to client-side technical issues may still be treated as completed or chargeable sessions.
7. CONSULTANT CANCELLATIONS
If a consultant becomes unavailable due to:
- illness,
- emergencies,
- technical issues,
- or unforeseen circumstances,
Lifeful may:
- reschedule the session,
- assign another suitable consultant with client consent where appropriate,
- provide booking credit,
- or issue an eligible refund.
8. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds shall generally be processed through:
- the original payment method,
- UPI,
- bank transfer,
- Razorpay,
- or other applicable systems.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on:
- banking systems,
- payment gateways,
- verification requirements,
- and operational processing.
Approximate refund timelines may range between 5-15 business days.
Lifeful shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- banks,
- payment providers,
- financial institutions,
- or third-party payment systems.
9. PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES
In eligible refund situations, Lifeful reserves the right to deduct:
- payment gateway charges,
- processing fees,
- taxes,
- and operational costs already incurred.
This includes payments processed through Razorpay or other third-party payment systems.
10. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following are generally non-refundable:
- completed sessions,
- partially attended sessions,
- late cancellations,
- no-shows,
- completed workshops,
- attended events,
- and consumed digital services or resources.
11. CORPORATE & GROUP BOOKINGS
Corporate wellness programs, workshops, institutional sessions, and group events may be governed by separate commercial agreements or customized cancellation terms.
Where applicable, such agreements shall override this Policy.
12. MISUSE, FRAUD & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Lifeful reserves the right to:
- deny refunds,
- suspend services,
- restrict bookings,
- or take appropriate action
in situations involving:
- fraudulent claims,
- chargeback abuse,
- payment disputes raised dishonestly,
- repeated misuse of cancellation policies,
- harassment,
- or operational misconduct.
Clients are encouraged to contact Lifeful directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
13. EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER
Lifeful Wellness Studio is not:
- an emergency psychiatric service,
- crisis hotline,
- or emergency medical facility.
Cancellation, refund, or communication channels should not be used for emergency situations.
In emergencies, clients should immediately contact:
- emergency services,
- a nearby hospital,
- or appropriate medical professionals.
14. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Lifeful reserves the right to:
- modify,
- update,
- revise,
- or expand
this Policy at any time based on:
- operational requirements,
- legal compliance,
- payment infrastructure changes,
- or business evolution.
Updated versions may be published on:
Continued use of Lifeful services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Ernakulam shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to this Policy unless otherwise required by applicable law.
